Refund Policy

1. Unsatisfied with Your Order

Please contact us through our LiveChat if you are unhappy with your shopping or if it appears different from what you anticipated. To ensure that you have the most excellent possible experience with your Tyler The Creator Merch orders, our customer support team will examine your inquiry as well as send out additional instructions.

2. Items with Damage or Poor Quality

Contact us to chat if the item is flawed or fails to perform as promised. Any damage that did occur during production and shipment will be our responsibility.

Include a picture showing the item’s poor quality or the damaged area to handle returns and refunds quickly and efficiently. The best photos should be begun taking on a level surface, with the product’s tag as well as the error visible. There is no need to send back the defective items because we will send you replacement parts as soon as we verify the situation. This data will be used to assist you with your order and prevent future mistakes.

The items must be pictured on the level surface with the mistake and tag visible.

Warning: This warranty only applies to manufacturing flaws and excludes the following:

– Accidental damage
– Poor maintenance
– Usual wear and tear
– Sun exposure
– Induced fading of colors and materials
– Aftermarket alterations

Note: Our policy could last 14 days from the date of arrival. Sadly, we cannot provide you with a full replacement or refund unless 14 days have passed because you received the item.

3. Failed to receive your order

You can ask for a refund or even a new order unless your delivery takes longer than expected. Start a chat conversation with one of our representatives and tell us about your order, and we’ll give you our full attention.
– Within two months of placing the order, you should send a request to our team. Then after, the tracking information may have expired, rendering it impossible for us to continue helping you. –
– If we decide to issue a refund. Based on how quickly your bank processes payments, they will return to your account in 5 to 10 business days.

4. Refund time

Every refund will be applied to the first payment method you used. Your banking institution needs more time after we problem your refund before the money appears in your account. For more information, see the table below.
